Established in 1983. Lisa Cocco Pollastrini is the brains and the beauty behind our whole project. Lisa, from Pescata and her late husband, Guiseppe Pollastrini, being from Tuscany, their vision was to bring their love for Italy to Ottawa. From back when Lisa used to iron the napkins until four in the morning to have everything just-so for the next days bustling lunch service- until today while she oversees her top team behind her. Her strive for exceptional details always will resonate.

Chef Tomasz Gurzynski, Prides himself on his foundation of Education at Le Cordon Blue Culinary Art Institute in London, England. His most prized accomplishments include but do not conclude- working at World Class Restaurants such as; Café Le Monde, The Dorchester Hotel and Chez Kristoff in London, England.
He began a student, now a Master… We are humbled to have him to lead our scouted team in the back of house.
